PREMIUM PRINTING SERVICE
We can print anything you want! From logos and names to numbers and full designs. Using top-quality DTF and HTV printing, we deliver bold, long-lasting results on every garment.
Max print size: 12" × 12" per print. Multiple logos? No problem! We can print them as separate sheets (please note: placement accuracy can’t be guaranteed).

MINIMUM ORDER
At THE BROIDERY CLUB, there’s no minimum order. Whether you want just 1 piece or 100+, we’ve got you covered.
We’re happy to produce single items, but please note: the cost per piece may be higher than ordering multiples, as setup and production time remain the same. If you’re ordering small quantities, we’ll always advise the most cost-effective options to suit your budget.
From one-offs to large runs, your vision gets the same care, quality, and attention to detail.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before production begins. This secures your order in our production schedule and ensures no delays.
We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and secure online payment links. Trade accounts with invoicing terms may be offered to regular customers at our discretion - please contact us to apply.
Once payment is received, your order will proceed to production. Please note that delays in payment will impact turnaround times.
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. Prices are based on the details provided at the time of quoting; any changes to garment type, artwork, quantity, or design after approval may result in additional charges.
VAT (where applicable) will be included in your final invoice. An itemised breakdown can be provided on request.

ARTWORK & PROOFING
Before production begins, we provide a digital proof of your design for your approval. It is essential that you review this proof carefully, checking all details including spelling, colours, sizing, and placement. Once you approve the proof, it becomes the final version, and production will proceed based on this approval. Please note that any errors missed at this stage cannot be corrected after production has started. We recommend confirming all aspects thoroughly to ensure the finished product meets your expectations.
VARIATIONS & REPLACEMENTS
From time to time, due to supplier stock changes or availability, the exact garment you order may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will offer a like-for-like substitute that closely matches the original item in style, quality, and colour. We will always inform you of any changes before proceeding with production to ensure you’re happy with the replacement. Our goal is to maintain the high standards you expect from THE BROIDERY CLUB, even when substitutions are necessary.
GARMENT CARE
To help your embroidered and printed garments look their best for longer, we recommend washing them at 30°C, avoiding tumble drying, and ironing inside out without applying heat directly to the design. However, please note that care instructions can vary between different brands and products. For the best results, always refer to the specific care label attached to each garment, as these instructions take precedence over general guidelines.
RETURNS & FAULTY GOODS
As all of our items are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error with your order. Please inspect your items carefully on receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem so that we can resolve it promptly. We do not accept returns for customer errors, including incorrect artwork approval, sizing, or supplied garment issues.
SUSTAINABILITY
At THE BROIDERY CLUB, we are committed to offering more sustainable choices wherever possible. We can supply garments made from organic cotton, recycled materials, and ethically sourced fabrics on request. We also work with suppliers who share our values in reducing environmental impact. If you would like to explore eco-friendly options for your order, please let us know - we are happy to advise on suitable products without compromising on quality.
